General Membership Meeting October 8 and LOA Ratification October 12

I just wanted to remind you of our General Membership Meeting Thursday October 8, 5:30-6:30.  We missed our general membership meeting in the spring and this is a chance to discuss our upcoming Letter of Agreement Ratification, introduce reps, answer questions regarding open enrollment for insurance, and possible board meeting attendance.  At this time, we feel the best way to do this is via zoom, here is the information:

Also, I wanted to remind you that we will be ratifying our Letters of Agreement for Working Conditions during Covid.  This will happen on Monday October 12, in your buildings.  We will set up blind ballots (EA or ESP) and boxes in the following staff members' rooms so you can vote during the day:

Middle School, Judy Humphreys
Pine Island, Lisa Czypera
Stoney Creek, Angie Freeland
Greenridge, vote at Stoney Creek
Bus Garage, see Deb Stuart

 Good morning, I am so happy to report we have reached a tentative agreement on our contract.  This is the result of hours and hours of preparation and bargaining.  Please thank the team for all of their hard work that they put in for YOU.  I will post a detailed summary of the changes and explanations below.  Here are a couple of reminders... Survey for Support Staff

Support staff - please fill out the survey for our upcoming bargaining/negotiations.  The more feedback we have from you the better we can strategize to get favorable results.  Please complete the survey by Monday March 22nd.   I will be setting up a Google meet in the near future to discuss the results and get our bargaining team together.
