Art. 1A         Removed “Copy Machine Operator” from recognition clause.

Art. 8A         A Supervisor must advise an employee prior to any disciplinary conference

Art. 8I         Any student/parent complaint will be called to the employees attention within 5 days

Art. 14A2 Clarified Immediate Family

Art. 14D2 Clarified Immediate Family

Art. 14EI         Early Retirement/Separation announcement, changed date to by March 1st and dropped the 

late $100 and added four weeks to rescind


Art. 15E11 Pre-Trip/Post-Trip and additional cleaning, added a letter of agreement for additional interior 

cleaning may be written


Art.19B3         Deleted expired Discretionary days

Art. 22 Clarified fringe benefits and contributions

Art 22 Updated deductible’s, discontinued PAK E effective 12-31-2020 and replaced with MESSA

Essentials, for a less expensive Health Insurance option effective 1-1-21
